Hello, you should have completed Bachelors in mechanical related courses with more than 65 percent. You will have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL and also for GRE exam. Though German language is not mandatory but it would be good if you complete German A1 level.

Hi Dear,
In my opinion, if you pass CCNA you have a good chance of becoming a field technician, say you have a good score in engineering degree and have none of these certifications, you can still end up as a programmer in good companies. These certifications are good to have, CCIE being one of the toughest and ranks higher in this ladder will even make you a designer for major networks that are the backbone of the internet. It is not necessary to acquire these certifications if you want to be a programmer (it is good to have them though). If you want to design a network, troubleshoot network, act as a consultant in a networking compan

Hi, You can try both, if in India IITs are the best. If you have very good academic percentile, a strong profile and finance is also not an issue you can consider trying abroad. Gaining international experience is very important. Universities abroad also are more into practical and hands on training.
