You have to check through various university and country options for the fees and expenses and match with your budget. You must also check the entry requirements and match with your profile. Check schools in Italy, Belgium, Spain etc if its meet our budget. Remember you must also take the TOEFL or IELTS to meet the English language requirements.

Hi Animish,
You are qualified to study abroad. But mere possessing the degree won't help, you must see if you have enough grades as well. Sound academic record is important. Additionally, you have to take tests like IELTS or TOEFL or even the GRE depending on where you want to study.

Hi Upendra,
Different colleges have different requirements. At the moment, you must visit college websites and check if you meet the requirements, check the application requirements and deadlines and subsequently prepare. You must also see if you find 2 year PG Diploma course because generally these are of 1 year. So, please visit college websites and if required contact them.

Hi Soumil,
You can apply only if the university accepts it. Hardly you will find universities accepting 3-year degree course. You can apply for PG Diploma courses under SPP. However, you must still check with the universities directly an see if it can be accepted. Some universities may consider after an evaluation.
