Hey there,
Well, having an additional certificate course or a diploma or a PG in labour and employment law will be an add on to you depending on your career plans. The additional qualifications will help you in getting through labour commissioner examinations and that would certainly be a great opportunity.
Also, you would be preferred as a professor amongst other for the same subject.

This is a very interesting query or proposition! Let us first understand meaning of these terms and then we can see advantages or drawbacks.
BTC is acronym for 'Basic Training Course'. This is a two year course and these who pass out can be employed as teachers in Primary schools. This course can be done by those who have a graduate's degree. After successful completion, one can employed as primary teacher.
