So, it's on you if you want knowledge and expertise go for PGDM and if you want a Degree then search other colleges that IGNOU.

If you're asking this in the Indian context, then there's hardly any known and reputed course known as MBA in hotel management. Yes, there's an M.Sc in HM which is offered by the NCHM council. Its the same body that runs all IHMs (govt. hotel management colleges) across India.
More importantly, a Masters degree in hotel management makes hardly any sense because it adds no value to one's career growth. However, if someone wants to get a Master' degree for the sake of bolstering his/her ego, increase his/her market value in the matrimony market then I've nothing to say. Other than these reasons, I do not find any strong reason

Beginner-Level 4
- Master degree in Commerce.
- Master degree with specialization like finance, supply chain management, international business, human resources, economics, etc.
- Studies related to Entrepreneurship.
- Management related courses like MBA, Hospitality Management, healthcare, etc.
And If you are interested to improve your knowledge in the same stream in which you have done Bachelor's degree course then, it is best
