Hi Ankit,
I doubt you will find a computer application degree because MCA is a degree offered by India, you will find different terminologies so you have to check accordingly. Generally you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. A score of 6.5 is recommended. Check the National University of Science and Technology and Bauman Moscow State Technical University to name a few.

Hi Theja,
Government of foreign countries have many scholarship options for Indian or international students. You will find limited Govt. of India scholarship to study abroad, but check MHRD website. Other than that if you plan to study in a particular country then its government and universities have many schemes, you can browse university websites for the same. For example Commonwealth Scholarship for UK, Erasmus Mundus for Netherlands and Europe, Endeavour Scholarship for Australia, Fulbright Scholarship for USA, etc.

Hi Iqbal,
Your education background must be relevant, this is the first and foremost requirement. If you have done a MS in Chemistry then see that the PG Diploma you want to pursue is relevant. Next, is the academics, you must have very good academic grades. Also you must take the IELTS. Different universities have different requirements so you must keep checking the websites before applying.

Hi Jashandeep,
Majority of the universities in Canada do not accept three years degree so you have to check their website and if required opt for a WES evaluation, but first you have to check the university specific requirements. Your grades are good. Even your IELTS band is good. Check in countries accepting three year degree like Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.

Hi Piya,
Different universities and programs have different requirements, your CGPA is good. You have to check the IELTS requirements because for MS programs universities in Canada generally ask for 6.5 with no section less than 6. If the university likes your profile they can offer you an ESL or foundation course in English. It all depends on the university, so check websites and email them.
