There would be more than 100 institutes which may fit the bill. But it would be outside the scope here. Admissions depend to a large extent on your record of academics. Hence I would advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany or US for guidance.

Seeking admission in top most institutes is of course a good dream. But merely having dreams does not help. One needs to study hard. Also opinions will vary as to which is topmost institute?Best would be to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany with details of your academics. This will enable them to rationally predict your chances of admission in different institutes in Germany.

If you have completed your post graduation in physics then this subject can be well taught by you to the students. So, it would be great if you go for physics as you know all about it.

I am afraid that JEE Mains marks are not the qualifying marks or exam to go to Germany. I would rather advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany so that different nuances are taken care of.
