Chances are that you won't find too many MS options in a college. Colleges generally offer Diplomas, UG and PG Diplomas. Probably you can check college and university websites and you will get to know. Universities are more competitive with wider global access compared to a college.

Majority of the universities do not accept 3-year Bachelor's degree from India, but you have to check with the colleges, for exceptional profile they might accept. You should also check in countries that will accept 3-year's degree like Australia, NZ, Singapore, France, Germany, etc.

To become cyber forensic professional or IT security you need to have following skills prior to get into either cyber security.
Networking fundamentals
Familiarity with multiple versions of Windows
Familiarity with Linux is not necessary but recommended
Familiarity with VMware Workstation
Knowledge of Networking and Security

Yes, the three options you gave are good ones. Ireland is something you should consider. Also, if you apply to UK just remember that one year MS degrees are not accepted in India easily.

Ireland is a very cheap country for studies and has a good market for data science and data analytics. Check there.
