Since you have a 3-year degree course, you may not be eligible for too many options or universities. In Canada, you can check for PG Diploma courses. Options in USA will also depend on your profile and the university admission policies. You have to check a lot of university websites and email them, proactively.

You need to select paper of nanotechnology in GATE. Once you clear, then you are eligible for admission to Masters in nanotechnology.

You have scored reasonably well. But these days lots of students want to do MS in Germany and as a result, requirement of percentage has increased. However, I would advise you to approach specialist agency dealing with sending students to Germany.

There are a large number of post graduate courses available after any graduation. As sample, just download brochure of IGNOU and have a look. You can select the subject in which you have interest.
