The average salary of an industrial engineer is about 4-5 LPA. Though some are there who got more than that. Just be well prepared with a good CV. If you are good no one will stop you from getting a well-deserved salary.

HI Alinstein, if you want to specialize in a particular field and it seems you are interested towards research and development, you should go ahead with Masters. But admissions will be very competitive, so apply with a strong application package. Very good LORs and SOPs will be required.

Hi Sahal, since you have done your BBA, you are fit for a PG Diploma. A general Diploma is meant for undergraduate students. You may also look for graduate certificate.

Hi, another Masters or a PG Diploma or a graduate certificate in a specialized area of your interest can be done. You should be knowing by now what you want in terms of your career goals and accordingly, you need to choose. Some options in mechanical engineering could be design, manufacturing, etc. If you do not have any work experience, it is suggested that you gain some experience to explore your interest and have a better understanding of your career plan.
