Master of Computer Science is a two years program, which offers people interested in the field of computers an opportunity to develop core competence in the field of computer science and encourages them to make a mark in the much sought after IT industry.
Candidates contemplating joining the course must have passed a second class honors or above in the domain of Computer Science, Mathematics or must have a background of other numerate or computing related fields.
Tuition fee for the entire course ranges from 20,000 INR to 50,000 INR in government aided institutes and 2 Lakh INR to 3 Lakh INR in privately owned universities.
After the course is over, there are lucrative career opportunities available in Software and Computer Hardware related industry. The entry level salary in these industries can range from 15,000 INR to 25,000 INR per month.
