A few specialised fields like Biotechnology, Food Technology, or Agricultural Engineering may allow students from PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) backgrounds, depending on the university's rules. But for streams like Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical, Maths is compulsory.
