Yes, for MBA, graduation is the main eligibility criteria which you have. There is no any much important role of 12th standard.

Eligibility for PGDM in AIMS:
The candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university with 50% of marks
Must have taken CMAT, MAH-CET, CAT, MAT, XAT, AMMI or ATMA.
Final year candidates may also apply on the provisional basis.
