If you have been a decent student throughout your school life, Do pick up the books though before midsem at least once. A CGPA above 8 is easy to achieve and maintain. Above 9.5 would take some effort.

There is no relaxation for exams. So I suggest you don't miss the exams. This is for final examination but if you miss the internal examination then the teachers will allow you to give the examination on the basis of problem. If your problem is genuine they allow you but if problem is made by you then forget the exam and focus on your final exam.
