Hi, there are 4 major specilisation when it comes to MBA or PGDM in management. Finance and Marketing are considered as main stream or front end hence have a high pay rate compared to HR and Operations which are back end and hence have a low pay rate. This is common across all the companies regardless of the sectors. Apart from a few which are dedicated in providing a certain service.
