Sorry JNU does not conduct any distance program for students but few part time courses are available in languages like Indonesian, Persian etc. you can join these courses by clearing JNUEE entrance exam of jnu. Hi, there are 4 major specilisation when it comes to MBA or PGDM in management. Finance and Marketing are considered as main stream or front end hence have a high pay rate compared to HR and Operations which are back end and hence have a low pay rate. This is common across all the companies regardless of the sectors. Apart from a few which are dedicated in providing a certain service. It depends upon which college you are enrolling in. There are many colleges in India that offers MBA/PGDM Distance Learning MBA, and also PGDM, but not all institute provides a good quality curriculum that is worth employable. I am doing an MBA from IMT CDL and can tell you they are providing a good curriculum. If you are planning to do distance learning PGDM then you can enroll in IMT CDL. Hello Ritesh More, it is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing some research work after completion of your b e and MBA. But I am afraid. A student can seek admission for doctoral research in a subject in which he / she has completed post graduation studies. In your case you have shifted from engineering to management and hence many universities may not accept your candidature for doctoral research. Be that as it may you can definitely seek admission for doctoral research in any of the management subjects. You can perhaps try PG + doctoral research programme perhaps offered by deemed to be universities. Best wishes
