You can do full time MBA in distance/ regular mode to enhance management knowledge. You can also do short term certification or Diploma in management to equip yourself with basic management concepts before PGPX. I suggest 1 year PGPX from IIM, XLRI, TISS PGDHQM, BITS Pilani, FMS, IIHMR.

Hello,
Firstly, let me suggest you one thing, that Executive MBA is a much better option than distance learning. Because, Executive MBA requires your presence in the Campus / class. This means, you will have a better exposure, similar to regular MBA but only on weekends or few days a week. However, distance MBA is just sitting at home and completing MBA. When it comes to placement, an Executive MBA would give you brighter chances. The students aspiring for admission are required to appear and qualify the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) Conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) - Bangalore for MBA in OR. So PGCET is mandatory for MBA admissions.

Classes will be conducted only on Saturdays and Sundays (9 am- 5 pm)
Placements: There is no placement for EMBA. It is only provided for full-time MBA students. For EMBA students, they do not have any placement cell. As EMBA students are already working, they say there is no need to provide placement assistance. But believe me, this course really helped me in getting a promotion and then a new job.
