The selection process for admissions to MBA courses at Kumaun University is based on merit, which the university releases on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12/ bachelor's degree. Once candidates get their results, they can apply for the course through the official website of the university. Further, there is a chance that the university might accept university in-house/ other management entrance examination scores.

The eligibility requirement to get admission into the MBA course at Kumaun University for the two-year programme is that candidates must complete their graduation with decent scores. Moreover, for admission to the integrated MBA course, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 with decent scores. The admission is based on merit, which is evaluated according to candidates' achieved scores in the last qualifying examination. However, there might be a possibility that the university accepts scores from the entrance examination.

No, CAT is not compulsory to get admissions into the MBA course at Thapar University because the university accepts several other entrance examinations too for admission into the MBA course, such as MAT, SNAP, XAT, etc. Therefore, CAT can be considered as one of the accepted entrance examinations for admissions to MBA courses. However, it is not compulsory.

While preparing the cutoff for the DY Patil Institute of Technology MBA course, the authorities will consider examination and admission-related factors. The listed factors will be checked and considered by the authorities while determining the cutoff of post graduate management courses: previous years' cutoff trends, difficulty level of exam, total number of qualified candidates, total number of candidates applying for a specific course or institute, number of seats available for admission, etc. After checking all of these factors, the authorities will prepare the cutoff for MBA admission.
