Our college's infrastructure is average but the faculty they are providing us is excellent. We have faculties who have written books on accounts and are experts in the field of HR (human resource) and have years of experience in the corporate world. We also motivate students in every possible way and teach us with the help of examples. If any student wants excellent faculty then JIMS is the institute for them. There are a lot of my fellow classmates struggling to balance job, life and the MBA program. So, one should leave the job to pursue an executive MBA program. But, is it worth to quit your job? This depends on a lot of factors. Let us see. If you are happy with your job, it pays well, your family is happy, then there is no need to take a risk of losing that job. Please consider the following:
wanting to do MBA is a general aspiration. I would suggest please decide the stream in which you want to specialise.
Also, conduct a thorough research on what are the employment opportunities and pay scales offered in that industry.
Look into your academic records and your caliber and close in on which institute would you like to get admission into such as Tire1/Tire2/Tire3,
study and prepare for their entrances and attempt. Pursuing an MBA requires efforts, commitment and clarity. You can plan accordingly.
