Before taking further admission you first need to decide what career aspirations do you have.
In case, you want to go into research/academics then you should pick M.Pharm.
In case you want to go into managing of operations /administration/Sales & marketing then an MBA would make more sense.

This would depend on your interest area and career aspirations. Each specialisation will give you an opportunity to work in a specific field.
MBA in marketing will give you a career in sales/marketing
MBA in SCM will give you an opportunity for a career in logistics/materials management.
MBA in operations can give you an opportunity to work in production ops for an ENTC related company.
MBA in finance can give you a role in the financial services.

No, you cant get a lateral entry into MBA. It has to be wide an open test. In case you want to pursue E-MBA/part-time MBA/distance MBA then an open test may not be required, however in such cases, prior work experience of 3 years is also required.
