Hello Rahul,
MMS is degree offered by institute affiliated to Mumbai University.
It is a proper Masters degree. PGDM is autonomous that means colleges have their own curriculum. PGDM is up to date with the industry standards and costs more than MMS. MMS has semester system. Exams in one academic year and PGDM has trimester (3 examinations in one academic year).
PGDM has a slight more chance of getting a job because they are trained differently and of course, PGDM students pay more fees.
If you go to top 10 colleges, then select PGDM, since it should be done only from good colleges which keep up with changing trends in education.
I hope this

You need to take GMAT/GRE and language proficiency test TOFEL. Colleges accepting GRE score are more as compared to GMAT. Most US universities accept GRE scores.

It depends on the stream you are choosing as in case of finance, for core finance jobs MNCs demand 55-60% in graduation to attempt job interview, but there is less restriction of percentage criteria in marketing jobs.
You should rely on shiksha's college reviews, not on any 'free admission agency'.

It is better to be sure with 80-90 CAT percentile before huge investment and bank loan burden. As colleges generally show you the CTC salary of a placed student, which is not in hand because CTC (cost to company) includes TA, DA, LTC, mediclaim and insurance.

Sir since, you already have 10 years of experience then the better option would be to go with MBA as it will give you a career growth. B.Tech will give you only technical knowledge which you already have as you are working in operations field. By pursuing MBA, your qualification and knowledge will upgrade for a better career growth. You can also pursue Executive MBA for better opportunities and save time.
