No, you cannot directly pursue a DM (Doctorate of Medicine) after completing MBBS. DM is a super-specialty course that requires candidates to first complete an MD (Doctor of Medicine) in a relevant medical field.
After obtaining an MD, you can then apply for a DM in Medical in your chosen super-specialty.

The DNB in Medical is a PG Medical training course that offers specialisation in many medical fields such as General Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Radiology, Orthopedics and many others.
