PGDCC is an online 6 months course and designed for medical Doctors who wants to develops skills and upgrade their knowledge in aesthetic and clinical Cosmetology. The students will be guided on how to start their Cosmetology set up like buying the right equipment and instruments, Marketing Management, finding cost effective distributors and vendors, job assistance etc. After completion of course the Doctors will be equipped with sound knowledge and skills to independently use various aesthetic procedures for their patients in their professional practice. MD Hospital/ DNB Hospital Administration is 3 years programme for MBBS graduate offered at selected Institutes across the country. AIIMS AFMC, Manipal are some of the best Institute for the same. Admission is based on PG medical entrance, except AIIMS NEET for all other Institutes. If you're very keen on going for Hospital Administration, I shall recommend you to go for ISB's MBA Healthcare administration. The advantage is one-year duration and acceptance across the globe. Also, it's the best business school in the country, so it will increase your perspective in terms of career growth. Maharashtra vs MBA vs MD in Hospital/ Healthcare Administration, I will strongly recommend you to go for an MBA from ISB, Manipal, Symbiosis, NMIMS, or IIHMR. The second option would be Maharashtra from TISS. I don't recommend MD as anywhere in the world, MD in Hospital Management course being offered. So, that will hamper your chance of going abroad. Also, 3 years duration is one more major concern for me, especially when all the top B-Schools are offering a better course in 1 year. Post MD/DNB/Maharashtra/MBA, you can join various departments of Pharma, Hospital, NGO, Consulting, Insurance, Medical devices, and FMCG companies. You can start as a manager in QA, Medico marketing, strategy, Business Development, Sales, Regulatory, etc. And may reach the CEO position. MD/ Maharashtra/ MBA Hospital administration post MBBS are very much in demand and one can start with a starting salary of more than INR 12LPA in the corporate sector. Thank you.
