Dear Pradyumn,
Yes, you can pursue B.Sc physics. B.Sc physics is an undergraduate programme, the minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate 10+2 in science with physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology and English as compulsory subjects.

Hello,
As we see nowadays, astrophysics is hollering too much, due to its expansion and Mars project (thanks to Elon Musk) students find too much curiosity in this astrophysics field. Sorry, M.Sc after MBBS is not at all possible as, astrophysics has vast amount of maths + applied physics, for which a strong base is required + a lot of practice is required to develop numerical area of the brain.
Alternative: Is there any alternative, yes? Keep doing your job in MBBS+do your B.Sc in physics from IGNOU (distance course). IGNOU is the only university that provides distance B.Sc.

AFMC Pune is one of the prestigious institutions of India where you have to do a compulsory defence service for a small duration after MBBS. However, the price here includes selfless service too.
