The university accepts admission based on counselling; students must participate in the counselling to secure a seat.

Further, the level of competitiveness and difficulty depends on the affiliated colleges allotted to the students. If the number of seats is limited at any of the affiliated colleges, then there is a chance that the college might have more competition to get them.

The total tuition fee for the MBBS course at KUHS ranges from INR 1.1 Lacs to INR 5.4 lakh. Additionally, for admission to MBBS course at NTRUHS, the tuition fee for MBBS ranges from INR 54,700 to INR 56.3 lakh. NTR University of Health Sciences offers a total of 3,240 seats across the university and its affiliated colleges. Further, the number of seats offered in the MBBS course at BFUHS is 500. Thus, the highest number of seats for the MBBS course is offered at BFUHS. The eligibility requirements and admission process of the universities are almost similar. Moreover, the reason for the highest number of seats at NTRUHS is that the university has more affiliated colleges.
