I would suggest you go through the below points-
Prepare as per the Syllabus - Before start preparing for the exam, candidates should gather the complete information about the officially prescribed syllabus. You can compare the exam syllabus with your board syllabus and you will have some extra time to concentrate on the syllabus which is not covered. Candidates should not cover those topics which are not the part of the syllabus.

Yes, definitely and not only people studying abroad have to qualify but instead students pursuing MBBS in India too have to clear this. In MCI screening test, passing marks are 50%.

Hi Arun,
To pursue MBBS at an affordable cost you can look for universities in Russia, Ukraine and Philippines.
Russia can be a preferred as an option as it is home to government medical universities where tuition and hostel fee are quite less as compared to Indian private colleges.
