For most jobs and some courses, certain physical standards are expected. Medical examination is largely compulsory for Central Government jobs.

Your chances to get admission in. MBBS based on your performance in 10+2 is very poor.

There are less chances for getting a seat in government college but you can surely get a seat in private college.

First of all,
I am not an agent. MBBS in Russia is not a very good option as in Russian university, bilingual language system is followed. It means, you will be taught in Russian plus English so there will be language problem.
Another thing is you need to clear MCI screening test to practice in India
