If you belong to general category then it can be a bit difficult to get a seat under 400+ marks. But if you belong to reserved category,there are always good chances that you can get one.
You should go for the deemed universities of Maharashtra, private colleges of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, etc. Private colleges in and around Assam.

They select on the basis of Karnataka-CET (http://cet.kar.nic.in/) exams-85% and All India exams-15%.50% of seats are reserved for SC, ST and OBCs. The candidates from outside Karnataka can also write the Common Entrance Test.

You need to opt for PCB which means physics, chemistry and biology. Since for MBBS you need to write NEET exam, you must have PCB.
NEET exam consists of questions from physics, chemistry and biology.
NEET exam is meant for MBBS and BDS only.

Many students who face a dilemma whether to choose BDS course or MBBS course. MBBS is definitely a better choice than BDS for the simple reason of opportunities. But at the same time a degree in BDS is better than a plain MBBS. Most argue that MBBS on the sole criteria of earning more than a BDS. This is not true for everyone. BDS course costs much less than MBBS, and as such is more affordable by everyone. If you get a chance to get admission with this score for MBBS then go for it only.

Hi Jagruti,
The first step towards this is to finalise the country. To study MBBS in USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand you need to enroll for a pre medical course first which is of around 3 years. Then you will have to appear for entrance exam to acquire a seat in medical program. So it is extremely expensive and will take many more number of years. Not a feasible solution.
There are other countries like Russia, Ukraine in East Europe which are home to government medical universities. Education is affordable and you can get admission on basis of your 12th board exam marks.
