As you have scored well so you might land up in a good NIT in mechanical branch such as NIT hamirpur, Jalandhar so definitely apply and keep a follow up during counseling process.

Your expected JEE Main rank is about 146179, As per the last year of trends the highest closing rank was 58520 in MSME branch in 2nd special round of counselling. Hence your chances are moderate here. Keep participate in Jossa rounds of counselling till the last round.

Both the colleges are excellent for mechanical engineering. NMIT has good placement assistance and project guidance from top most level. NMIT have many lecturers to handle one particular subject itself. So both the colleges are pretty well in academics.

For NDA (1) 2020: The candidates possessing age between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2004 are eligible for the examination. If born before 2nd July 2001 and after 1st July 2004 then not eligible for NDA (1) 2020 exam. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NDA examination.

Yes, you can get admission in BE through lateral entry admission. When you will take admission then you will know about course. In BE. /B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering), there are lots of subject. So, you will have to study all subject including Mechatronics.
