You will have to first decide which country you are interested in. Then you have to look into the universities that offer the courses that you are looking for. Then comes the part whether you are eligible to apply according to their requirements. These requirements can include IELTS TOEFL, GRE scores if required by the university. You have not write about the course for which information is required. However for M.E/M.Tech courses B.E/B.Tech required in CSE/ IT etc. Hence Mechanical students are not eligible for these courses. You can be eligible for following PGDA course as under.
1. PG Diploma In Advanced Computing (PG-DAC)

Yes you can get lateral Entry which is also called as Direct Second Year ( DSE ) . Fee Structure for OBC is between 63,000-64,000. To be precise its 63,131 for year 2020-21. Thank You.

Hello Sameer, My advice would be to go for mechanical engineering in your graduation and then you can do specialisation in automobile engineering at the level of post graduation studies. Automobile engineering is perhaps an evergreen branch and I feel that it will have great opportunities for employment in the future. Best wishes to you.
