Hi,
Yes, you can. In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM programme you need, graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply. Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e. g. CAT MAT SNAP CMAT.

You can take admission in any state college in M.Tech course and can give yourself another chance to perform better next time as this score is not enough to get a decent college neither it can provide you any PSU chance taking admission in M.Tech will help you as you know will get monthly scholarships of Rs. 12k and you can prepare well and give GATE next year.

Hello, B.Tech Computer Science is more preferred by student in comparison with mechanical engineer. As now a days, IT sector is increasing their range that is why computer engineers are more required. But, I recommend you to think about your interest instead of trend. And, if you are really interested in CSE branch, then go for it.

Diploma will be only provided to you if you have completed your class 10th. If you have done it then you can get admission for part-time/full-time Diploma course wherever you want. If you want to know colleges providing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, visit:

No, while taking admission for Masteru2019s degree, there is no requirement of original class 12th marksheet. But, in some colleges, they may ask for xerox or orignal certificate of class 12th, depending on the college management. If you have any doubts, you may directly ask to the college management.
