It's one of the good colleges for engineering. But recently this college got autonomous status that makes it stand out from rest of the colleges.
It is well-disciplined one with good faculty, good placement, well-equipped library and laboratories. The campus is compact and well architecture.

Average package:- Rs 5 lakhs
MIT institutes follow central placement system. Placement procedure is generally held at main MIT Kothrud campus hence students of Alandi campus have to travel every time and come at Kothrud. But this scenario may change from 2016-17 batch as MITAOE has got autonomy.

The minimum salary offered is 4 lakhs per annum and the maximum is 10.5 lakhs per annum. Many companies in different streams visit the college for placements.
