You have scored reasonably well in your engineering exam. But to go to Canada, you need better academics through out. I hope you have that. My advise would be to try and get admission in MS.

Courses in EPC project management, piping engineering and cad cam are quite good. Piping course cover domain and software knowledge in Catia, Pdms, etc. courses are full time, part time and on line. Do see MIT Skills Pune | MIT Design School | MIT Pune Courses
As these courses are conducted by industry experienced faculty. You would get right knowledge which can build your resume and brighten your chances to make career in these areas.

It's very nice to know your dream of doing diploma in ME from a private college. But if I may ask, why private? There are very good govt colleges too. Anyway. Unfortunately, you have not mentioned your state. But these days almost all states have online process for admission and you have to follow it. Only if your score is good, you will get college of your desire.

Thapar's is one of the best engineering college in North India. It has good academic reputation. It imparts good skills to it's students. To mechanical engineering students, it imparts all the relevant skills required.
