Hello Janvi,
The admissions in VIT are basically done on the basis of your score in JEE Mains or MHT-CET and you should have minimum 50% in 12th boards. These are the main criterias for the admission.
And for reference last year's cut offs are,
MHT-CET - 143/154
JEE Mains - 116/118

AICTE does not recognise Distance Engineering courses. So, be careful in this regard. Pursue a regular course instead or opt for evening classes.

PMKVY is ITI level course and will not help much a B.Tech graduate. If you want to develop a specific skill as a hobby then it could be beneficial. Other than that, it won't be of much use.

There is no 'Best' MBA course for Engineering students. The course should be of your liking and must have your interest. You will find that most engineers pursue Finance or Marketing because these are most paying jobs and their demand is also quite high than others. HR, Operations and Logistics too are good but are quite niche and have limited promotion chances in an organisation.

It depends on your marks in JEE, as admission are purely based on marks in JEE, if your score is above 100 you have a good chance to get in.
