There are various colleges present in Punjab and Haryana. Thapar University is present in Patiala, can be the best college that you can study in.

It depend on you dear because both branches are different although in mechanical branch, some subjects of CSE are there like programming in C and object oriented programming and CAD. So, if you are comfortable in programming, choose CSE otherwise, go for ME.

Hello Devashish,
Your score is not that good to get any college through JEE Mains JOSAA counselling.
So, better you can try for some other private colleges such as LNCT, Galgotias, Jaypee, Nirma, and MIT Pune according to your marks.
