Hi,
How are you?
Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.
Go for it.
Thank you and keep asking!

Hello Vivek Patel,
First of all, read about both the courses, choose the course that you really like. If you can contact the students who are already studying there, ask them about the college atmosphere. Don't worry about the scope of further opportunities, you can get a good job. All you need to do is read about the branches really well and find out which you like the most.
Hope this helps! All the best!

Bangalore Institute of technology is the best choice for mechanical, irrespective of how well the placement records of other colleges are. Placement in Bangalore usually involves IT companies. Core mechanical companies are a rare sight.

Private colleges - BITS, VIT, SRM
Then there are colleges coming under industries. DTU has many good colleges too. Govt colleges IITs and NITs are the best. Also, if you've given the KVPY, there's the IISC. All of these are the best in India.
