Hi,
Those are not really good scores. Check universities under 30.

I have just joined Shiksha and it is overwhelming to see students have the same doubt I had two years back.
I took a decision and I am not regretting and here's a overview of both the colleges I got to know in these years.
PESIT does not take admission through COMEDK anymore. Also, it's fee structure is twice as much as RVCE.
Apart from these two factors, PESIT is known to spend a lot on its marketing and publicity, RV hardly ever does that. Placements are pretty much the same in CSE and ISE but RV has a far better placements in other branches.
RV has a better campus and clubs as well.
So, my take is, go for ECE in RV.

You can change the branch after 1st year if the same college has the branch which you want but you have to complete certain criteria as per the norms of your college and university.

Sorry to say you can't get admission through JoSAA counseling but as you are an OBC, then you must score more than 100 in JEE Mains to get admission through JoSSA counceling.

Hello Saurabh,
After successful completion of diploma, you can seek admission in Aeronautical Engineering branch in Maharashtra directly in second year in any college. You will get admission based on merit.
Best wishes
