It would be better for you to do M.Tech. You can also prepare for GATE exam as if you get a good rank, you can get good job opportunities. It is just my suggestion.
For your M.Sc Physics, you need to appear for PGCET.

Dear,
1. You are interested in cars.
2. You want to work as an automobile engineer.
So, I think if you should pursue automobile engineering, you will get more pleasure in studies and naturally you will have more possibilities of achieving your goal.
All the best.

No, there is no pure mechanical branch in Banasthali. That is mechatronics, Mechanical+Electronics. Last year, this branch was started in Banasthali and reviews are good, so it will be good for you and for any course, you need to do self-study.

Placements in mechanical department are not as good as other branches in Mumbai. Same case is in RGIT, only 2 or 3 companies visit campus for the recruitment. But if you're thinking about Masters and placement is not your primary goal then you can join RGIT. Teachers are very helpful and nice to everyone.

Hello Yashraj,
Yes, you are eligible for lateral admission in this college based on your rank but it's a centralized process in Maharashtra and today only advertisement has appeared in newspaper that online registration will be beginning before end of July. Getting actual admission of course depends on how those placed above you give their choice. Best wishes!
