These are two very different degrees, you cannot pursue the same together. You can pursue pilot training after mechanical engineering.

While there are several universities for MS in mechanical engineering in USA, getting admission depends on your holistic profile. The universities look at your academics, GRE, TOEFL/IELTS and extracurricular activities/resume besides strong statement of purpose and letter of references.

As mechatronics is a new branch in this field and it is a combination or electrical and mechanical branch so you must choose mechatronics.
