Hello,
Whether to do degree or not depends to a great extent on financial condition as well as educational prowess. If there is need, take up job. If you have scored well and need not work for four years then take education loan, study for degree & then take up job.

Obviously, you should go for B.Tech for better opportunities in your field. There are so many good colleges for Mechanical branch and specifically in Orissa and Chennai. These states provide very good placements for mechanical students.

Without a doubt Germany is the best country for your mechanical engineering and if you have a very good academic record then this is the country you should consider. Other worthy options include USA, Canada and Australia.
