Without a doubt Germany is the best country for your mechanical engineering and if you have a very good academic record then this is the country you should consider. Other worthy options include USA, Canada and Australia.

Dear Veeresh,
The best country to study Masters in mechanical engineering is Germany as academically and cost wise it is the best choice, the rider is you should have a minimum of 75% marks in your BE to be eligible to apply. Higher the better. After that my suggestion would be Australia as in terms of getting a job after studies is higher for Mech. You also get a 2 year post study visa if you do a 2 year duration Masters and will also be eligible to apply for PR.
All the best.

Hi Rupesh,
Yes, you can pursue PG Diploma. You may check colleges under SPP. You will not be eligible for most universities in Canada as they require higher grades. Even for SPP, they require atleast 55%. So, check your CGPA equivalency, write to the colleges and then apply.
