Hello Shivdeep,
Robotics Engineering is a niche branch in India with limited opportunities at present. However, Mechanical Engineering is a far more generic branch with ample job opportunities. Therefore, I would suggest you to pursue B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and if you wish, you can pursue M.Tech in Robotics Engineering. In this way, you can learn both the courses and also create enough opportunity for yourself.

Dear Dushyant, There are many which provide distance diploma engineering courses but best one are Karanatka State Open University, Jaipur University, Thapar University, IGNOU, MIT School of Education, Sikkim Manipal University, etc.
