It varies from student to student. For good ranker (VITEE), fee is 2-3 lakh less than other. Approximately 15 lakhs is overall fee (including hostel, books and other facilities like transportation).

The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities in Germany. General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows:
(a) High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.
(c) Some universities Require GRE score
(d) With relevant work experience in the field of further study chances of selection increases

It may be difficult to get job in Germany based on only Indian B.Tech degree. You are advised to plan MS in a German University to increase your chances to get job in Germany.

After Mechanical engineering you can look for M.Tech from IITs. Many PSUs recruit based on the GATE scores. You can also attempt for MS through GRE/GMAT.

Your admission in IITs depends on your ranking but to be eligible for admission, you need to clear individually in physics, chemistry and maths in JEE Advanced along with the cut off prescribed by IITs.

Hi,
For LLB programme you should have Bachelor's degree whether it's B.Tech or any other graduation degree with 3 years with minimum 50% then only you can apply for the same.
According to your qualification Diploma cannot be referred to as degree.
