(a) High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.
(c) Some universities Require GRE score

The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows:
(a)High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.

For LLB programme you should have Bachelor's degree whether it's B.Tech or any other graduation degree with 3 years with minimum 50% then only you can apply for the same.
According to your qualification Diploma cannot be referred to as degree.

If you are interested to study further, then you can pursue B.Tech in mechanical engineering. If you have already have a job, then you can continue your job and study through distance mode.
