Automobile engineering is a super-specialisation under Mechanical engineering. In majority of engineering colleges Automobile engineering is offered by Mechanical engineering department. Very few engineering colleges have exclusive Automobile engineering department. Mechanical engineers are required by all type of industries. Mechanical engineers can also get job in Automobile engineering. Whereas, B.Tech Automobile engineers are employed in automobile and its ancillary industries only. JNTU is a public funded University and it doesn't have any management quota. Hence, you cannot get admission here from management quota seats.

You have a choice, you can take lateral admission in 2nd year in the similar branch or admission in any branch in the 1st year based on Diploma or equivalent to class 12th.

Hi Kabir,
There are many colleges and abroad may indicate a vast term. You have to specific with the country choice if you have decided. On the whole you can consider Germany, Canada, US, Australia and Singapore for your studies. The eligibility varies from country and university. To study in US you must take your SAT. For all other countries you can apply without SAT (Singapore may require), additionally take the TOEFL or IELTS. For a list of universities you may check this:

Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses such as B.Tech mechanical engineering score of 90% in 10+2 board is expected for admission. In addition, most German universities have following eligibility criteria:
(a) Cleared your JEE Advanced.
(b) Completed one year of Bachelor's degree education from a recognized university in India.
