With 106 marks in CET, you are bound to get admission but in which college is quite difficult to say. You can get admission in any of the branches of your choice but I am afraid not in major colleges.

Manufacturing companies come for campus recruitment and they have a system of recruiting offline also. Vacancies do come up at different levels and these can be filled in this fashion only.

Packages are results of demand-supply gap. More gap more pay & vice versa. The manufacturing sector is going to see a huge uptick in days to come. Along with this, all related sectors will see an increase in employment.

Among the colleges you mentioned, Centennial and Conestoga have good ranking and even Lambton is popular. You can therefore choose among these three. No college will guarantee you a job. To get admission in the best, one needs to have almost 98 percentile. This Institute has been set up as a philanthropic activity by Jain community. Faculty is good and placement is also good.

Tezpur University is making all required efforts. But, location is hindrance. Sometimes students have to go to Guwahati for interview. As the word spreads around if good material available, more recruiters will start coming.
