Yes, PGDM is good after pursuing B.Tech in mechanical engineering. You can go for PGDM in TQM, quality assurance, operations management, production management, etc. But, if you gain work experience and then join PGDM, it will give you more benefits in terms of salary and growth. You can also prepare for CAT and if you get a chance to get admission in reputed B-School then it's better to pursue PGDM.

All the three courses are different and it is like comparing apples and oranges. MBA has a different career perspective, so does M.Tech and MS. Each has good salary with respect to the job profile. Decide first what you want to do, a managerial career or research oriented. You will succeed only if you enjoy what you do and passionate about a field.

Yes, it is possible. Your need to make sure that your basic concepts are clear and rigid. You can read NCERT books. You can practice questions from other books and do take mocks, i.e. practice questions with timings that will help you to analyse the methods and also in time management.

Yes, the eligibility criteria to sit in MBA entrance is 10+2+3 or 10+2+4, i.e. you must be a graduate with minimum 50% marks. Once you fulfill the criteria, then you have clear the entrance exam like CAT, XAT, IIFT, etc. Then, you need to crack GD/ WAT/ PI.
