Yes you are eligible. Maximum 4-5 backlogs are allowed for Canadian universities. Also, you should have cleared those backlogs while applying for Canadian University.

If you want to study more you can appear for GATE to do M.Tech provided you are technically inclined. GATE will also helpful for job in PSUs . If you are management inclined you can appear for CAT, XAT and MAT examination to do MBA.
