You can go for M.Tech Mechanical engineering or MBA. If you want to specialize in your field you should opt M.tech as it will give you core knowledge of your domain. However MBA will diversify your career portfolio and you can enter into managerial branches of corporate sector. University also plays a vital role in masters degree hence choose a college with good record and placement tracks. A few suggestions -
