Private Universities do get 5-15% seats for NRI admissions. That is different from 15% All India Quota Counselling. NRI quota admission are done at college level.

Yes. Pre registration is required for admission into medical colleges. After publication of NEET result you have to register for All India and State round of counselling.

Yes, ofcourse. In medical stream, you have to clear only the Professional examinations. Semester exams are your internal assessment.
