NIMHANS offers a two-year Master of public health (i.e MPH) programme with 10-5 for the sponsored candidates and 5 for the non-sponsored candidates. Admissions requires an MBBS degree or an equivalent qualification. Selection is based on an entrance test, with a qualifying marks of around 50% for UR/OBC/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/Pwd candidates.

Yes, hostel facilities are available for MPH students at SCTIMST Trivandrum as it is a residential programme. Students can avail of these facilities by paying a hostel fee of INR 20,000 per year. The mentioned fee is sourced from the official website of the institute. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.
