If you do an MPH in Health Policy, Economics, and Finance from TISS, then yes, this can be considered eligible for the Indian Economic Service (IES) exam. For the IES exam, you only need to have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognised university.

Ease of an MPH course depends on your background, interests and also study habits. If candidates have a strong foundation in health sciences, Biology or even a related field they will find coursework more manageable.

But MPH course involves a mix of quantitative and qualitative research, epidemiology, health policy and lso management subjects which can be challenging.

With dedication and consistent effort many students find MPH course rewarding and achievable.

Yes an MPH course from India can be valid in US but it's not automatic - it depends on Indian university's accreditation, experience and also requirements of US employers.
