If you do an MPH in Health Policy, Economics, and Finance from TISS, then yes, this can be considered eligible for the Indian Economic Service (IES) exam. For the IES exam, you only need to have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognised university.

Ease of an MPH course depends on your background, interests and also study habits. If candidates have a strong foundation in health sciences, Biology or even a related field they will find coursework more manageable.
