1)Academic Performance based on your CV
2) Written Ability test (assess your ability to solve real life problems)
3)Personal Interview

NIMHANS offers a two-year Master of public health (i.e MPH) programme with 10-5 for the sponsored candidates and 5 for the non-sponsored candidates. Admissions requires an MBBS degree or an equivalent qualification. Selection is based on an entrance test, with a qualifying marks of around 50% for UR/OBC/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/Pwd candidates.
