NSIT is considered as premier college in Delhi. It accepts JEE Mains as criteria for admission. So appear for this. Being in ST category, I feel around 200 marks should be enough.

It's a state funded institute. But Government of Delhi has opted the route of JEE Mains instead of their own CET. Hence, you must clear JEE Mains first.

Admissions in this college is via JEE Mains. One needs to score well since this college and course is considered premium. My guess is 289-300 marks.

With only 140 marks in JEE Mains out of 360, is too low a score. From this year, marks in 12th board do not count. You need to score more than 280-300.

This institute has kept the criteria of minimum marks in qualifying exam for general candidates at 75 %. There is of course concession in these marks to certain extent as per government rules for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

If your state is not participating in admission via JEE Mains then you cannot get admission here. As per my information you will have to appear for CET of your state.

Very limited seats are available for non-Delhi domicile students in this college. So, to get into it, you need to score really high. May be in region of 250-300.
Best wishes.
