Both CSE and ECE are good branches with similar opportunities. ECE is core branch of engineering and you can work in Electronics, Telecommunications and IT industry. Therefore, in order to have wider choices to opt after 4 years, I will recommend NSIT ECE over IIIT CSE.

If you are from outside delhi, you won't be able to get admission in the COE and IT branches for which the cutoff is around 9k and 13k respectively, but if you are a delhiite you can comfortably get COE too as the cutoff stands at around 35k. Cutoffs for other branches are lower so you can easily get them.

There is no such Institute as NSIT Warangal. NSIT is in Delhi and NIT Warangal is in Warangal.
As in there is no management quota in both of them. It is solely dependent on your JEE Main Rank.

Sorry, but there is no quota of any kind in NSIT. It is just that 85% seats are reserved for delhiites and the rest are for outside Delhi students. There is also reservation according to the central rules for the OBC, SC, ST, PWD. Direct admission i.e. without giving the JEE mains exam and boards is not possible.
