Firstly, it depends upon your interest as in which field you wants to go either CSE or ECE branch as now a days CSE branch has more demand so you may go to CSE branch in NIT Jamshedpur.

Hello Krishna,
As per your rank in JEE, you must switch it to any NITs or BIT Mesra, however BIT Sindri is also a reputed institute but it lags in giving a good environment, exposure and good placements.
